Lauren Tucker was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art. She now lives and works in Houston where she continues to pursue art. The artist is open to work by commission. ​

Lauren uses a wide variety of mediums, finding herself working in painting, print, drawing, photography, and sculpture most frequently. Throughout her time creating art, she has been most interested in creating work that brings feelings of peace. She has most recently focused on emanating ordinarily joyful moments. She credits her family and friends for the desire to seek to replicate the happiness that they bring her.
